The CSM - How YOU can affect progress and change in EVE Online
Dominion, the expansion headed your way in November, brings changes and new features to sovereignty and how players control the game universe around them. Several of these changes are the result of input from and research pushed forward by the Council of Stellar Management. CCP Xhagen in his latest blog states that "roughly 60% of all issues brought up by the CSM" have moved into development in one form or another. No other MMO community can claim such an impact on how their virtual universe evolves.
How can YOU contribute?
Running for a seat on the Council is just one way to contribute. Actively backing the candidates who support your views is another. More importantly... VOTE! Your votes make a difference. Your votes decide who will be on the Council and, ultimately, who will be affecting the universe that YOU play in.
Below are some important dates for the fourth CSM:
October 1st - Opening for candidacy runs for the fourth CSM.
October 15th - Closing for the candidacy applications.
November 12th - Voting for the fourth CSM opens.
