Jita

What can you expect from an area of Fanfest named after the highest traffic system in New Eden? How about a chance to rent your own private station office at one of the highest traffic places at the venue?

Located just outside the large lecture hall, Jita puts you only a few steps away from the big presentations. There will be a bar in the Jita area serving drinks, and food will be right around the corner. Each office will have a table with chairs for 10.

So, gather your corp or alliance members together and rent an office for the afternoon. What about announcing a militia meeting in Jita and share some war stories over a few pints of beer? Hold a private tactical meeting with your PVP team. Or band together with some new friends and have your own private space to hang out between presentations and round tables.


How does the renting system for offices work?
  • The offices are available to rent in 2 hour time slots, starting on the hours.
  • To rent an office, speak to the Captains at the Jita HQ table to find an empty office and an empty time slot.
  • Office rentals must be made in the name of a corp, alliance, or militia.
  • Each office time slot costs 10 tickets. When you rent a slot, you will be charged for the whole rental period. So if you want to rent for 6 hours, you're going to need 30 tickets up front.
  • You can only book your space up to two hours in advance.
But how do I get tickets?
  • All players will receive tickets at registration.
  • Tickets will be available through other events at Fanfest.
  • If you're savvy you could get other players, and possibly some Devs, to part with their tickets.

Even if you don’t plan to rent an office yourself, be sure to stop by Jita to check the schedules. Your friends and corp mates may already have one reserved. At some point or another everyone goes through Jita!
