By arrangement with Zzz alliance, I offer the following labs:

Location: Direrie (0.5 space, 4 jumps from Jita)

Fees:
ME (short jobs): 25k install cost, 13k per hour (10 slots free)
ME (long jobs): 1m install cost, 5k per hour (2 slots free)
PE: 5k install cost, 5k per hour (15/33 available)

The 'long' ME slots are cheapest for jobs that take longer than 3 days. For jobs taking longer than 1 week, this is the cheapest private option available anywhere.

How it works:

To use these slots, you will need to create a research alt (with level 1 of the skill Scientific Networking) and have the alt's corp join Zzz alliance. The corp then needs to rent an office in one of the NPC stations in Direrie (a small number currently available, price per month roughly 200k).

To start a job, the BPO needs to be in your alt's corp hangar in Direrie. Right-click the BPO as normal, and select the type of research you want to do. At the 'Pick Installation' screen, you need to select Range: Current Solarsystem and Type: Alliance. Apart from this it is much the same as using a standard NPC research slot, but each job takes 25% less time. Queues are short to non-existent.

This method of research is completely secure; it is impossible for anyone outside your corporation to steal blueprints that are being researched.

This can all be done without great expense or more than a couple of days' training time. For a detailed guide on how to create a suitable research alt, please consult the main Zzz thread.

Once your alt-corp has joined Zzz, its members will also have access to several other towers, at the far end of Sinq Laison, which you are welcome to use. See the above link for more details.

Special arrangements: copying/invention/rapid manufacturing

Clients join House of Marbles and are granted access to their own corp wallet & hangar divisions, limited starbase access, and the ability to start jobs. Fees are collected automatically from your wallet division when you install a job. I undertake not to steal anything, and clients undertake not to cancel each other's jobs. People who trust each other can share a division. Copying costs 25k/hour, and other activities cost 12k/hour + 25k installation cost.

3/7 corp divisions currently available.

Accessible slots (exact available numbers fluctuate quite a lot):
10 copy slots (0.75 time mulitplier)
6 copy slots (0.65)
54 invention slots (0.5)
10 rapid module assembly slots (0.65 time multiplier, 1.2 material mulitplier).
10 component assembly slots (0.75, 1.1)
8 drone assembly slots (0.75, 1.0), or
up to 1 efficient array slot* (0.8, 1.0)

* Advance payment required for purchase & anchoring. You keep it once you've finished with it. In principle, I have 700tf to play around with for any combination of arrays, supporting anything up to a medium ship assembly array.
