Location:
BRUCE is a 1.5 year old alliance that started in low-sec, moved to Syndicate, and now lives in Fountain since December 2007. We have been slowly growing to a strong alliance, with US, Euro, and Oceanic time zone coverage. We control 3 Outposts and 8 constellations in Fountain.

- Mature play, and teamwork, and a desire to join the adventure of an energetic, high participation alliance
- 75+ members
- # Capital ships >= 10% membership total.
- Previous 0.0 PvP experience, and history of fighting if called upon.
- Oceanic/Asia timezone will get special love.
