Pillowsoft has been many different things to many people over the years. We were part of the core management team of ISS alliance, managed of two outposts in 0.0 and more recently handled two investment schemes (PIF and PSRS) totalling 60 billion isk of public investment. With the release of Empyrean Age, we're now turning our attention toward Faction Warfare. The corp is now a combat militia for the Gallente Federation.

This corp is another way for me to give back to the EVE community at large. For all the people who are going to sign up to the gallente militia but would like some help in PvP and some free ships, Pillowsoft is for you. This corp is for all those people who want to PvP but aren't sure how or think they can't afford it.Public recruiting is now open.

We offer members:

Free corp-insured Tech 1 ships for pvp ops. This is limited to cruisers and below and only named tech 1 fittings are provided free. As long as you're fighting the caldari with them, having fun and gaining valuable pvp experience, I don't care if you lose one ship or ten. They're dirt cheap to replace and if you wish to use something else or upgrade your fitting, the added cost is on your own head.

PvP training if you need it. We'll accept people with absolutely no PvP experience and show you the ropes. That's what faction warfare is all about, getting new people into pvp.

Regular PvP gangs under FC Elijah Ghost, who seems to have gained some acclaim in the gallente militia for FCing. At the moment, we usually do well-organised militia channel pickup gangs with 50+ members about once a day.

Hangars full of free named equipment for fitting your ships, free skillbooks for newer characters.

Access to blueprints for manufacturing. We have all the frigate, destroyer and cruiser bpos that matter and a stockpile of BS BPCs. If there's a bpo under a few million isk that we don't have, I'll buy it in on request (researched if possible).

Super special magic secret bonus rewards for pilots who do an exceptional job fighting the Caldari :D.

We also have a killboard which will be renovated and reopened soon and we can get a forum if we get enough members to require it.

All pilots wishing to join the corp must have:

+1.0 personal gallente faction standing or higher. Note that under special circumstances we can permit someone with under 1.0 to enter. If you're an alt of a friend of mine or a pvp veteran, evemail me about joining and I'll probably drop the requirement to 0.

A willingness to lose ships. PvP is as much about being able to accept a loss as it is about inflicting it. Most Gallente militia fleets will probably conclude with its complete destruction.

At least a semi-mature attitude.

You should either have very few implants or have a jump clone. You may very well be podded during a fleet op and I don't want anyone losing 200m of industrial implants over it.

Access to factory operator roles and hangers containing modules, blueprints and ships is restricted. For example, new members will not be able to take anything from the free item hangars but they can see what's inside. It may be a little frustrating for new members to have to ask someone with access to get them what they need but the alternative is opening the corp to theft. To signify our corporate focus on faction warfare and PvP, the corp tax rate is set to 25%. This is autmatically taken from mission rewards or npc bounties and is intended to make it so that any pilots not participating in faction warfare are helping toward corp goals by contributing some isk.
