Good day C&P. To set the scene, I got home from working the evening shift to find no corpmates online and no War Targets online. To attempt to alleviate any potential boredom, I decide to go can-flipping. After about 45 minutes of zero success, I find a juicy looking target, a hulk jet-canning in a belt. I quickly flip the can, containing 3,000 m3 of Plagioclase. The Hulk immediately locks me and opens fire with drones, much to my delight. I quickly dispatched my outclassed adversary with my Ishkur. After a few minutes of hovering around the asteroid belt, the Hulk pilot returns in a Vulture. I decide there is a good possibility I might be slightly outmatched. I hop one jump over to grab my Megathron. Returning to the original system I am quite pleased to discover my quarry sitting at 0 m/s exactly where I left him. I launch drones, hit f1 (weapons grouping ftw) along with my tackle gear. In spite of blasters/Ogres being a terrible choice for a t2 Caldari hull, I am able to down my foe with little in the way of difficulty. 15 minutes, two faction/deadspace failfits down. Not a bad start to the night I hop back 1 jump to drop off my spoils of war. I take the opportunity while docked to go for some well deserved Cookies and Milk. I return to my computer screen to find my victim in local with me. Apparently he has been "looking all over for me". Evidently he didn't think to check the next system over  He says it took him awhile to get his Battleship together, but now he is ready! My spider sense is tingling. This is 90% sure to end with me going "OH ****! IT'S A TRAP", but something compels me. Sometimes you can just sense comedy is about to ensue. I make a few jumps to swap out a couple of fittings and reload on ammo and to scope out local in the surrounding systems. A quit CTD later and I'm ready to go. We agree to meet up at Planet 1. I am semi-hard in anticipation. With my sweaty palms I manage to mash my FRAPS button. Other than not being able to find my Vaseline I'm as ready as I'll ever be. My prey warps in flying an Armageddon. We flip each other's cans. My senses were right. It was a trap. And Comedy did ensue. (The following program contains course language and subject matter which may not be suitable for a younger audience. If any of you are thinking to dec BSA for fights, dont bother. My corp had them decced for a couple weeks and half the corps left the alliance to avoid fighting. There were at the time only about 4 active players in my corp where as BSA had a couple hundred in alliance.
Props to DamienX and his guys though, they did bring it, but apparently got kicked from the alliance for it. |

Reminds me of fighting EQUIT. We are outnumbered heavily, yet they still wind up in full retreat every time. Damn wormhole letting them through. They never accept 1v1 either. Quite hilarious. |

Didn't some noobs tell me in a topic that Blaster Megas was all crap and dead and used by no one now and that a Laser Geddon would melt a Mega?.
Hahahah, this shows exact the opposite to what they have told lol.
The movie was fun to watch. I love those types of movies. Not that i like that dishonouring of 1 vs 1 fights though, i'm fully against it. It's just fun to watch that your alone in a Mega and then they break the 1 vs 1 fight and bring in more ships and then you still pwn the hell out of them. |

You can't really base a ship vs ship discussion on a fight like this where one actually knows how to fly a ship and the other guys completely fail at internet spaceships. Sweet little vid though, continue griefing the high sec bears |

Yeah I don't do it so much anymore but it does tend to be an interesting experience when I do  Thanks for the support guys. And yeah, if any of them (all at least '06 players from what I saw) had a clue how to fit/fly a ship I woulda been pretty ****ed. |

And yes, the ships Lexa did kill was totally fail fitted, so that makes a point.
But i doubt that Rokh would survive anyways to the Mega if it had been fitted good and if the player had been experienced. |

If they *had* pointed you, they might have lost the geddy too.
I killed a deimos with a punisher 2 days ago (15% structure left) because the guy put a point on me and I couldn't get away. Don't put someone in a corner unless you want to find out how hard they can fight.
I have to constantly remind myself to stop underestimating the stupidity of other players.
Great video by the way. All of it could have easily been avoided if they had been following the Standards and Practices Document Id #223.646.377
