Confirming this ugh

Shame the TCU's got there hitpoints increased now and not the last patch as this would've definitely saved W.I. Is that the excuse we are going to here?

\o/ for Super Carriers maybe they will all come out of hiding now

This is nice and all, but when are you going to fix the game breaking lag in nullsec or the node crashing issues in nullsec?

When are you going to fix the server stability issues?

None of the changes for sovereignty structures bring any real change to the current bottlenecks in sovereignty warfare I have to say.

TCU hitpoints is pretty irrelevant in the bigger picture, and the SBU increase is really not enough to do anything against just throwing a bunch of caps against it for a siege cycle and go back to scratch again.

Same with reinforced timer variance change. It still falls within timezone cover, it really needs a very different approach to influence such timers tbh. At least with pos you could kite, hard work, but heck through effort you get a decent shot at it. Right now the only method is superior concentration of force for those times that matter, anything else - including original dominion concepts of dominance and engaging/defending in multiple locations - remains pretty irrelevant.

Tee hee. You said 'documented'.

http://www.eveonline.com/api/doc/default.asp - the official API documentation (no mention of anything added since the birth of the API)
http://wiki.eve-id.net/APIv2_Page_Index - the unofficial API documentation (halfway decent)

Seriously though, documentation is nowhere to be seen for these, so unless we get lucky with guessing function names, these functions might as well not exist. It's like saying "We've added a new shiptype! But you can't trade them, can't buy them on the market and you can't put them in contracts. And we're not telling you where they come from."

Update as promised:

There are two new columns in the API related to taxation a character gets when they receive bounties, mission rewards or mission time bonuses.

• taxReceiverID (corporation ID who received the tax)
• taxAmount (the amount of tax paid)

The in-game wallet still shows a separate transaction where the tax was paid but the API combines these into one transaction where amount plus taxAmount = amount in first transaction displayed in-game.

I applaud your optimism in thinking that the feature hasn't been requested long before that multiple times.

I'm sure they are working on this however that doesn't mean all other changes should be put on hold, right? Different teams work on different features and (before anyone suggests it) the mythical man month shows why just throwing more developers at a single problem usually causes more harm than good.

The answer will be "when it is ready" and I'd rather that than some half baked partial fix that then causes other issues.

That said, the CSM will be asking for an update on this issue at the Iceland summit if nothing has been released in the meantime.

Will SuperCarriers be allowed to dock? I see no mention of it, yet previous discussions leaned that way.

Well, CCP, if you don't allow SuperCarriers to dock you're not gonna see more of them. Being forced to have an alt capable of holding the ship is a big roadblock to owning one. Bigger than the cost of the ship.

I agree with SC's having to use the Fighter-Bombers themselves.

I haven't been on Sisi to test... do the Fighter-Bombers follow ships thru warps like Fighters do?
