Whilst it has been fun flying and killing with WI and SI prior to that, EOG Leadership and WI HC havn't always agreed on several issues but we have always tryed to the best of our abilities to live together . Unfortunatly all good things come to pass and EOG Leadership has opted to leave WI with effect from the fall of the TDE station tommorrow night. We wish the best of luck to WI in all it's future endevours and hope we wont clash anytime soon on the field of battle. EOG's future is still to be decided (dropping back to empire to rebuild in the very short term) but we are and always will be a 0.0 Corporation so expect to see us active again sometime soon. I dont think potentialy losing Geminite to atlas + pets and allied corps, along with solar fleet and red alliance is a big strike agaist the alliance for being inept or sucking; does anyone realize how much it was stacked up agaist them.
The olny way it could have gone worse was if legion of death had joined in more with solar, that way it would have been the alliance whole third of all people in nul sec instead of 25-20% going against one region.
If some other alliance (other then the invading swarm) wants to take WI place, thinking they could do better against the current invading forces, they are wellcome to try, and boast when they sucessfully fend of and hold the entire region. |
