To all NORAD member CEOs and diplomats -
I want to extend an offer to any CEO of a corp that wants to leave Outer Ring/Syndicate and make no further war efforts against GoonSwarm, Pure or SMASH. If you wish to take your possessions and whatever ships you have left, and leave - I will set you to friendly for a 72 hour period so that you can move as much as you wish in safety.
There is no dishonor in a peaceful surrender against overwhelming odds. You don't have any POSs left in Outer Ring, we are camping the 3 NPC systems in vastly greater numbers, and we outnumber you as an alliance 10:1. The only thing that fighting us will bring you is more camping, more blobbing, and more economic warfare. Please just admit that it does no good to continue to oppose us, and get on with your lives before your corp members stop logging on and quit Eve.

I have recently been around the 4C area quite a lot. I must say, we have seen more NORAD active then GOON active, unless you count the 273828392 pilots docked in stations.
As much as i hate to say it, NORAD, youre stupid if you take this. Goonchaining 4tw.

I don't know when you've been around 4C, but the only times we're not 20-50+ in local is when we're off blowing up one of their POSs. |

Since saturday, we have had a capital fleet, and a support fleet, inside Outer Ring. I think you may have just pwned yourself. If you manage to miss such a simple thing, that a capital fleet is on your doorstep, as well as logistics moving freely through 4c-, as well as lone pilots, you have control of nothing. |

Being in local is very different to being in-space, controlling space. Do the latter, not the former. |

What, one jump from the ass-end of the Arm? If you're in the Arm, you're not in 4C because it's a dozen jumps of desolate space away.

I think NORAD resisted respectably in the first week of the invasion given we caught them in a weakened state.
By this point we are pretty established in the area and arent leaving.
Some of you BoB guys who are posting have obviously been visiting 4C at some pretty perculiar times. I'm looking at local right now.

Yeah.... #2 is wrong...as per the GM's there is no such thing as a login exploit...I know, because we petitioned about it recently and the GM said it is not an exploit. I will post the chat log with what he said and what GM said it once I get home from work. Quote:

Rem...don't take this the wrong way m8, but the ass-end arm of outter ring is the most profitable area of outter ring and if you are going to take outter ring then you need to control that part or ruling outter ring is pointless IMHO. As it stands and correct me if I am wrong, BOB has controled the most profitable system in outter ring and has never lost control of it since NORAD took claim back of the region. Just my 2 isk worth. |

What I think is hilarious is that suddenly everybody is claiming that if you don't have immediate control of A2 and YVA, you can't claim control of Outer Ring - when NORAD haven't had control of that region for months. It's a good thing all the previous political maps have reflected this stunning development in Outer Ring politics.
Why the hell are the heads of BoB coming into a GoonSwarm thread addressed to NORAD to troll the hell out of it? Are you guys insecure or something? We're just a bunch of newbies in T1 frigs! |

Actually Rem I'm the only one who stated that and I never said immediate control. I stated that for your information...not as a troll. Allies don't troll and last I checked VLINC were allies to goonswarm. Now if you have no intentions on going after those systems because BOB rules them then fine. I was giving you my opinion, because honestly the rest of outter ring is ****. You could have taken your full force up in to the ass-end arm of outterring and taken out the BOB POS and controled the most profitable part of the region with your forces...that's what I would have done...again "just my 2 isk". I don't judge...I just point out information. Also the BoB trolls do have a point. You don't control a region if you don't have positive control of major hostile fleet movements thru your space. |

Thank you everybody for your incredible insights into the worlds of Eve military control and Alliance politics! I'm so glad that the unsurpassed genius of at least three Warriors of the Galaxy has been shat upon GoonFleet's collective bald head, which now positively drips with the ***** of wisdom! If only we had had this amazing perspicacity shoveled into our gaping maws before we planned out an attack on NORAD held space! To think that in a war against NORAD we would go to where NORAD had ships and POSs, and not where BoB had ships and POSs! What were we thinking! LOL!

wow....ok There is no need to be disrespectful towards my statements rem. I was not in any of mine, but if that's how it is...ok. You will see no more intel or information filtered to your fleet commanders from VLINC. We will not give any information unless you ASK us to (like the intel on the ass-end arm of OR and the intel passed about fleets that were roaming thru your space). Have fun and good luck in outter ring. VLINC will keep to Syndicate business. |
