Quick background info: recently we were informed that one of our members, Partharo, was in a car accident about a week ago, and just today we found out he lost one of his hands due to a spreading infection. Due to this, he obviously has to leave EVE for the time being, so we're a teammate down - while we will reserve a guaranteed spot for him if he decides to return to the game, we're a small corp and thus his absence means we have to fill his slot. Please, in a quick aside, don't drink and drive - on to the bread and butter of the post.

Requirements on what we're looking for:

* Highly motivated and interested in piracy, primarily belt piracy
* Self-sufficiency, either in isk or BPOs and minerals
* From the United States or Canada
* Willing to spend everyday roaming lowsec in search of targets
* Discipline, and a willingness to obey orders from a higher ranking member, and in general an acceptance of a military chain of command
* Maturity, smacktalkers and dishonorable members will be booted at discretion of leadership

We currently operate out of Genesis, and roam everywhere from Aridia to Kor-Azor to Placid to the Bleak Lands, so you get a chance to travel a bit . You are also expected to keep your wallet healthy and fund your own ship supply, but on the flip side whatever we kill in groups is divided evenly between all those who participated, so there are large incentives for teamwork in Tharsis.

Post here if you are interested, this is a first come, first serve recruitment process. Expect an interview, a possible reference check, and TS check. You need to have a microphone and TS client software, as we use it extensively in our operations.
