Sounds nice but .. I think unless you buy thousands of shares, you will get more money by making it via other means than putting it to shares.

Guaranteed 5%, ISS gets the 5% - 10% range, above 10% also goes to shareholders.
(See page 10 of IPO docs).

So Guaranteed 5%, expected >5% after after a few months.

Well atleast ISS is trustworthy impo.

I bought a share in one of their outposts and get regular dividend payouts.

Offcourse to break even i will have to keep on getting pay outs for the next oh... say... 3 years but hey, a dividend is a dividend

Seems this was popular! Working my way through all the transactions atm.

You can trade your shares after IPO (sell/buy) at EGSE (Eve Galactic Stock Exchange).

It's not about the pay-back period, it's about the dividend %, and participating in EvE-firsts, Where were you in EvE when the very first Alliance went Public?

The funds will initially be used to invest in some high-risk/high return investments, where the revenue will go to shareholders. Or the revenue will go directly to the shareholders if there are no attractive investments to be made.

Minimum buy 100m will be accepted up until 21:00 Sunday. Allow 24hrs for processing, as 100m batches may mean I have many hours of work ahead

While I would otherwise be interested in this offer, the failure of ISS to act on matters discussed at the shareholders meeting or to provide any sort of information to the existing shareholders can only cause ISS itself to be viewed with the utmost concern. Until such time as you resolve the outstanding matter of ISS outpost shares as you discussed at the meeting, all of your actions and ventures are suspect.
