Real-life reasons are forcing me out of EVE (and the whole virtual world) for an undecided length of time. Because of this, I have decided to sell the EVE-Poker casino as a whole. In the coming months, I will not have time to support the casino or live up to the expectations of the shareholders.What do I get?- 55% (11,000) of the shares in Stay Pro Productions, the holding company of EVE-Poker.com - Ownership of the EVE-Poker.com domain (paid for until December 2007) - Take over hosting of EVE-Poker.com. You can continue the current hosting plan or move the website to your own. - Role of CEO within Stay Pro Productions. What am I expected to do?You are expected to take over day-to-day operations of the EVE-Poker casino aswell as upholding a trustworthy name. I will 'coach' you and teach you what you need to do to be successful, aswell as show you how to use the webmaster tools. You are expected to continue my work and make EVE-Poker the number one casino in EVE. Who Can Bid?- I will only accept bids from main characters (no alts). - I will only accept bids from characters with a flawless reputation. - I will only accept bids from characters which are at least six months old. No programming knowledge is neccecery, though basic HTML knowledge is useful. Income InformationRight now the casino takes in about 750m-1b ISK a month. It has potential for so much more in the right hands. Starting bid: 5,5 billion ISK Reserve: none Buyout: 20 billion ISK End date: Sunday February 4th @ 22:00 Eve-Time Sniper: 20 minutes |

as a shareholder in this public company, i think a few questions need to be asked
1. If current shareholders do not like the new owner or you fail to sell this - will they be able to cash in their shares?
2. Will potential buyers get access to your 'books' to verify income/expenses?
3. Will the buyer get access to the funds raised by the IPO for marketing and improvements and if not - do the 'books' show where that funding went?
sorry, but questions need to be asked as this has potential for you to walk away with 11bil minimum after a month with the possibility of it all being a scam. |

sorry, but questions need to be asked as this has potential for you to walk away with 11bil minimum after a month with the possibility of it all being a scam.
1. If the casino does not sell, the shareholders will be refunded their initial investment. Once the casino is sold, I will take no responsibility for the actions of the new owner. I will however do my best to train the new owner and I will consult both yourself and other members of the trade community before accepting a bid. 2. I would be more than happy to share my wallet history with them, though all deposits/withdrawals are logged on the Eve-Poker website and can be viewed by administrators there. 3. 500m ISK remains from the initial 4.5b IPO fund, most of which wich was used to pay for the purchase of the casino from it's previous owner (and paying interest on loans which were used to pay for it). I had planned on using the remaining 500m ISK on ads in EON and a month's advertising on Eve-Files. The plan is still on and I will consult with the new owner before doing anything. The real answer is however that the money does 'come with' the casino. |

Sad to see you leave, had loads of fun with eve-poker, really hope someone good will take it over, if I only had this much isk I wouldnt think twice before buying it !

As webhosting cost IRL Cash, i would merely like to extend an offer to the winning bidder to pay ISK instead for Extremely Cozy Hosting provided by of course me.
