You can also see this thread for alternative travel packages and ideas, but please note they are not supported by CCP. |

Q: Will there be a lot of developers at the Fanfest?
A: Most developers will attend the Fanfest, but we can't promise that specific developers will show up.
Q: Is there a schedule available for the Fanfest?
A: Not yet, it will be published closer to the Fanfest. Roughly, Thursday is registration and mingling day, with some smaller events to make things more interesting. The main events such as lectures and roundtables will happen during Friday and Saturday. |

A: Usually it will open around noon, but make sure to check the schedule once it's published.
Q: I won't arrive until Friday, can I still register?
A: You will be able to register during the whole Fanfest, though we suggest you register as soon as you can to join in on all the fun. |

Q: How do I get from the Airport to my hotel?
A: Once you exit the airport there is a Flybus just outside, the ticket is about 1200 ISK. You can get cash prior to traveling from your bank or use the ATM at the airport. Tell them which hotel you'll be staying at, the flybus goes to the BSÍ terminal in Reykjavik and then to the major hotels and guesthouses, you may have to change bus at the terminal but the bus drivers are friendly and helpful.
Q: I'm staying at a smaller hotel, how do I get there from the BSÍ terminal?
A: Please note that the flybus will take you to all hotels if you ordered the Icelandair Fanfest package. If the bus doesn't take you to your hotel there are taxis at the BSÍ terminal. |

Q: Whats the weather like in Iceland?
A: It's not as cold as you'd think, but it can be windy and it can rain. Warm, windproof and water resistant clothing is a good idea.
Q: There's a problem with my Fanfest package, what do i do?
A: We will alwais have a thread on the Fanfest open in the EVE Information Portal forum, make sure you post your question there. We are always checking it and we will reply as soon as possible. Sometimes we can take care of it, other times we will let you know who you should contact. |

Q: I have some extra days in Iceland, what do I do with those?A: We would recommend the main shopping street in Reykjavik. If you wish to go outside Reykjavik and see a bit more of Iceland you can visit Reykjavik Excursions and Iceland Excursions websites for more information and booking. |
