Hi guys,

It is with great sadness that I advise I will be shutting down C-P-H.

With the mass amount of purchases on Covetor BPO's when Invention went live, it has really stung profits, to a point that I feel the divies will be horribly low for shareholders.

I have considered reinvesting in other stocks and trades but don't feel comfortable doing so at this point.

So, as funds become available (liquidation and incoming profits), I will offer a buyback on C-P-H shares. The buyback will be for a total of 12,000 isk per share.

Now, it may take a month or more to round up all the funds, so I will keep C-P-H dividends coming in at a fixed rate of 3% (300 isk per share) per month until all shares are bought back.

I apologise for the failed investment to those who trusted me with their funds, I had hoped it would match, if not surpass the quality of C-R-A.

Now, to any sizable investors wanting to cash in their shares + cash bonuses where applicable, I am selling the following bpo's

Covetor - ME35 - 2.3b isk
Covetor - ME35 - 2.3b isk
Covetor - ME15 - 2.2b isk
Covetor - ME15 - 2.2b isk

As an example, lets say someone has 150,000 shares. At this point, their shares have a buyback value of 1.8 billion isk. Said person could pay an extra 400 million isk + shares, and recieve one of the ME15 covetor bpo's.

This will allow for them to offload their shares. I will have this option available for 1 week before selling the bpo's publically.

Once again, I am very sorry I have to do this. I have put some work into Invention as well, but the returns still don't satisfy me in terms of monthly dividends to shareholders.

As funds become available, the buy-orders will be available via EGSE

Please contact me in-game or here if interested in the purchase of any of the above bpo's for shares.

Cheers,
Ricdic.

It is unfortunate that the business failed.

I would like to offer you praise on actually executing an exit strategy however.

Good luck with the future and kudos for all your work so far.

Hum. I havn't seen any huge drop in Covetor prices lately. Are barges a high demand / low margin item?

low margin, certainly
the late bump in bpc prices was due to people going for max-run copies for invention - thus pulling off "regular" bpc supply here and there

It's a shame to see things close down.
