WoW, how you got 200 pilots to agree to such a boring mission is beyond imagination.
And while you got a screenshot with some pilots repairing services briefly, the bulk of them will auto-regenerate to over 50% in 5-6 days. If you must do this again, use lasers, you wasted 400mil on ammo foolishly.

If you don't feel you can go into the lagfest meat grinder that is POS war every day then do what you can.
Every little helps and in all honesty you are probably doing a lot more to hurt Bob Morale than you could do with the same resources being thrown into fleet combat.
