During their domination of Omist BoB failed to locate the masses of alcohol rumored to be hidden there.
As they were sorely dissapointed they now started assaulting the breweries and distilleries that are actually known in Catch. |

BoB surmised that Omist was not worth the time and effort, and has chosen to divert their resources elsewhere. They have by no means given up, and are continuing to fight. You'll know when they give up, because when that happens Goons will be in NOL having a pos BBQ. |

The best they could hope for while fighting us with their feyth pets was a stalemate, so they're forming up a mega blob of every pet they have under the assumption that it'll make a difference when they come back. In reality the servers will have no chance of handling the number of players involved and it will end up even more boring than before. |

The real answer here is that Omist is a ****ty region, too hard to defend due to the stupidly high moon count and seriously, who cares about Omist.
Unless an alliance commits heart and soul to its defense, Omist will be the first region to change hands when an offensive strike. We retired from it without putting up a fight, BOB retired from it after seeing that Omist is really not worth the hassle.

BOB are not in Omist because all they're towers got infected by veldspar dust.
That caused all the modules to turn into shield-hardners and the guns to go p00f.
And, to the delutional BOB member posting above here, I don't think my alliance-mate complain about the numbers.. He simply stated that BOB and pets where not enough in numbers to face the music, so they fell back.. again.
Also, the fact that if BOB could get enough roaches together to go all out in defence of Omist, the server whould hickup and die dayly until the oppressive forces from the west where driven back by the freedomfighters through : [ 'Superior use of game mechanics'.. (TM) Evil Thug ]

Difference being BoB can probably afford to lose those towers no problem at all, IAC lost a 20b isk asset and very soon a fresh outpost and I hear they are totally broke. |

Oh no, we're out of towers! Actually no, there are plenty more where those came from and I'm glad you enjoy shooting them so much because we will certainly be able to provide. I am surprised to see this getting mentioned over and over though. When Goons start defining themselves by their ability to shoot inanimate objects rather than grief actual players, you know it's a serious business. |
