A dual international EVE player meet is being arranged, both on the same date (Saturday 5th April), one in Central London, the other in downtown Philadelphia PA. Below are the details of the US leg.

The meet will be just like any other meet you may have been to or heard about, the only difference is that later on in the evening the winners of the E-ON Awards will be announced, and, if present, duly crowned. No doubt we'll have some swag to give out and perhaps some surprise guests too.

Voting for the award finalists (nominated by Fanfest goers back in November and revealed in the latest E-ON) will begin very soon - preceded by a Dev Blog, so keep your eyes peeled for that. Needless to say that you won't have to be an E-ON reader to vote or attend - like all EVE players meet, this one is all about getting together and sharing EVE experiences.

The pub that's been chosen looks to be a good set-up, with rooms all over the place should things get crowded and a good food menu and friendly staff. Screens might well be showing some F.A Cup Semi-Final action, for those who like a bit of soccer (just me, probably).

Just to note that under 21s are welcome all day until 9pm (after which pub siege mode kicks in). I'll be there all day, staying as sober as a judge, representing EON and announcing the accolades - probably at around 5pm, roughly to coincide with the festivities in the UK (5hr time difference).
