Dear Shareholders.

I won’t discuss the reasons of my very sudden disappearance; I will only say two things:

No, it wasn’t, nor was ever intended to be a scam.
I apologize, and I am really, really sorry for not having been here for so long.

Just one thing that I think is funny, as I don’t know anyone in EvE in RL:

no thats what i found out from people that know him IRL and RL emails have been sent so all we can do for now is await more info

Now let's look at the future:
1. I have not logged in since months; I have no clue of the actual market, the financial situation of the corporation, nor the value of my personal assets.
2. I will log in within the next few days, if my accounts are still valid, which they should be as I had paid them for a year. And will take a few days to roll up what is there, get a hold of the situation if you like.
3. I will liquify most of the corporate assets, try to sell personal shares and assets.
4. The Goal is to Pay back my investors as well as I can, with a "hopefully" acceptable interest by the end of May.
5. Close down the corporation.
6. Hope to rebuild some acceptance and to clean up my reputation amongst you.

Investors with objections and/or suggestions to this plan are welcome to let me know.

Fantastic. A lot of us were very surprised by your disappearance as it seemed odd you would scam for such a trivial amount. I think however that this situation shows us precisely why exit plans should be put in place for IPO's and bonds, or at least external points of contact for public holders (email address, phone number etc).

Anyway good to see you back, can't remember if I have any stocks in Nano.

I honestly didn't think of you to be a scammer either, having spoken a bit to you ingame.

I hope you can liquidate majority of it. And props for not just running off, thinking your name was ruined already.

Mail address on the forums is indeed soemthing i didnt think of, but unfortunatly i never got mail, or it landed in my spam folder.

Back to the facts of Nano Tech Inc.

I can now guarantee that I will be able to repay the Shareholders fully.
I'll inject a part of my personal funds to have a minimum of 600 mil Isk as interrest.
If I manage to find someone buying back my ISSO shares it might even be more.

I have now two options:
1. Offer a buyback for the shares at around 1.2 milions a share.
2. Just pay out the amount as dividends.

Which one of those two would you prefer?

And btw, if someone has a bit of time to give me an update on the shares I hold i would be happy, as i dont have the motivation to read back through 30 pages of the forum right now.

A short evaluation like:
- Worthless, forget about them.
- Sell low, you might get something still.
- Not very stable, but might recover.
- Still going, keep them.
- Get more of those.
would be more than enough for now.

Holding shares of:
FIN
FIN-U
ISSO
TCCS
Tiny.
Zero.
UMTA2
BMBE
FRPB
CAP4U
Dusk Blade
Portsmouth Shipyards

Calgorac
The Arrow Project

Glad to see you back.
To bad I dropped my shares on a random broker after you disappeared and I thought the worst. 500m gone for me... ohwell, good luck with the liquidation and repayment of isk to your shareholders...

Id suggest a straight dividend of assets instead of a buy back...

buy back is not "fair" to people like the random broker above who may not realize they even own shares or bought them and forgot them.

All went faster than expected, since I decided to buy some of the corp assets myself and keep them for the future.

4b where paid to the shareholders through dividends.
3b beeing the original IPO value, 1b as profit to the shareholders.

Nano Tech Inc. will be closed down.

I'm again sorry for the inconveniance my absence has caused, and hope that we can all remain in good terms.

Regards
Blue

Nicely done, coming back and honoring your obligations + paying some interest shows good character. While it doesn't completely restore your rep it goes a long way in showing you did your best to make up for it. More than most would have done, so well done.

Nice to know it wasnt a scam, and Kudos for coming back to face it, and sorting it out so well :)
