What we require:
★ Ability to be on teamspeak
★ An ability to show up to as many ops as possible. We accept that everyone has a RL, but we aren't looking for people who just want to pvp once or twice a month.
★ Must be able to fly a fully t2 fit fleet battleship (a sniper fit that goes out to ~170, and is DD proof). Need to also be able to utilize Armor RR modules, or be willing to train to those quickly.
★ People who are PVP'ers first. Everyone has to at some point make money to PVP, but we are not looking for people who just want access to ratting and mining.
★ A willingness to learn and pay attention.
