Just what the title says, no nonsense. Might be the largest single bounty ever. Take it, and get famous.
The 10 Billion has been transferred to Chribba, and he has agreed to act as escrow holder. To collect the bounty, you must provide your full API key to Chribba so that he can verify that you killed the target. The isk will be transferred to whomever struck the final blow, or to the individual, corp, or alliance that they designate.
The target may contact this character by eve-mail at any time to negotiate rescinding the bounty. If it is rescinded I will post a notice on this thread.
The primary target is a Leviathan flown by Rawthorm. Kill it, and you get 10 billion, and some damn fine bragging rights. He was last known to be in TVN-FM, in Vale of the Silent.
Secondary target is a Nyx flown by Rawthorm's alt Ign0ramus. The bounty on the Nyx is 5 billion. He was last known to be in 1N-FJ8, Vale of the Silent.
UPDATE: The bounty is rescinded for now. The target(s) don't seem to be logging on much. Before any drama starts, I'm not implying that they are not logging on due to this bounty. The purpose here was to instigate some fun, and that's pretty tough if the target(s) aren't playing much. If that changes in the future, I may offer up the bounty again.

So clarify my involvement as I was briefly asked if I secure things like this.
I can hold the 5B ISK and give it to the "killer" - HOWEVER!
The rules need to be stated in advance what the kill is determined by, most damage? final blow? Simply pilot X says he will do it and is a part of the killmail?
But the most important thing is that in order for me to verify it, any pilot taking on the task will need to provide me with their full API key so I myself can verify the kill via the API rather than whatever KB it may end up on. |

Yeah i would also advise doing it via api the fist thing i thought when reading this was "wow ideal potential scam " (fake KB post).
Chribba is by far the man to rely on, and he wouldnt leave the money in icelandic banks due to close either |

Confirming that I have received the 5B ISK bounty. The killer/s need to contact me with the FULL API Key in order to claim the ISK. The ISK will be paid to the final blow pilot, or his/her corporation if that is the pilot's request. |

Not even close, nublet. I play for fun, and I assume he does too. Five billion is just a little sweetener to add to the fun. The folks have mailed me and are hunting him get the fun of trying to bait and kill him. He gets to wonder whether that next juicy target is really a juicy target, or bait, and whether he should warp in or just sit there cloaked, and I'll get the fun of hearing that he went down when he does.
