CCP's success at pushing technology to new horizons has consistently garnered the company worldwide acclaim. Several more awards for their achievements were recently added to the trophy room. In February, the Association of Businessmen and Economists in Iceland bestowed CCP with their 2009 award for Innovation and Knowledge. Only a few weeks later, TAG, one of the largest state technology associations in the United States, presented CCP with an award for being one of the Top 10 innovative technology companies for 2009, as well as that People's Choice award for best presentation and best display at the March 3rd Georgia Technology Summit.

Earlier this year EVE Online, CCP's flagship massively multiplayer virtual world saw record breaking numbers in both subscriptions and concurrent users, and March 10th begins the worldwide distribution of the game's first retail box along with the release of their largest expansion to date, Apocrypha.
