Dear players, The Castor update has caused quite an influx of petitions and the response time has risen considerably as a result. In order to lighten the load here at customer support and to enable us to provide faster and better service to you all, we would like to ask that any petitons you may have open on issues that have now been fixed, be closed. Also, if you have filed more than one petition on a single issue, then please remove all but one, as this only makes the queue bigger and is generally just a waste of time and space, so to speak. We would also like to direct those looking for general info about the update to the patchnotes (//myeve.eve-online.com/updates/patchnotes.asp) and our Knowledge database on the EVE website (//eve-online.custhelp.com) Thank you.
