Billing Issue Resolved

Last evening, some players were not able to pay for their game subscriptions, purchase an E-ON subscription, pay for character transfers, etc. The issue has been resolved and the billing system is back to normal.

Some internal changes in our ISP's network caused instances of packetloss between the billing software and the billing company. The network connections were restored last night at approximately 2200 GMT.

No payment information was compromised as a result of this.
