Today's Server Restarts

Earlier today, we applied a hotfix to resolve an issue that recently came to light. Unfortunately, the hotfix was incomplete and resulted in a different error which necessitated the removal of the hotfix to an earlier version. The complete hotfix will be applied during tomorrow's normal maintenance period.
