As the first Council of Stellar Management nears its end, preparations for the second are well underway. Here is a breakdown of the applications received during the candidacy phase of the second CSM:

·   We received 71 applications

·   We accepted 42.

·   We rejected 29.

Rejection reasons:

o   A passport scan was not supplied by the applicant.

o   Incomplete information provided in the application.

o   EULA violations committed by the applicant.

o   Two applications sent in by CCP for testing purposes.

·    Of the accepted applicants, there are 2 females and 40 males. This is 4.76% of the candidates, compared to 4.69% in the first CSM.

·    4 - United Kingdom

·    3 - Netherlands

·    2 - Belgium

·    2 - Canada

·    2 - France

·    2 - Germany

·    1 - Australia

·    1 - Denmark

·    1 - Serbia

·    1 - Slovenia

·    1 - Switzerland

The mean age of the candidates is 31.8 years, with the youngest being 17 years and the oldest being 52 years.
