Tranquility temporary outage this morning

Tranquility went offline this 7:45 this morning due to a bug traced to the communication layer in our proxy servers. The communication layer was hotfixed earlier during this week and during the outage we reverted to the previous version. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
