Extended downtime Tuesday 31st of August 10:00-13:00 GMT for Patch Deployment

This is the last Castor patch. There are number of fixes in this patch and they are available here. There are changes to the smartbomb, a number of lag causing bugs fixed, cruiser bonus fixes, security standing gain for NPC hunting fix, some of the log-out fixes are in too.
