EVE Online chosen to be part of the Museum of Modern Art collection
The New York Museum of Modern Art has acquired EVE Online as part of its permanent collection, as an exemplary piece of interaction design, along with 13 other games, including Pac-Man, Tetris, and SimCity 2000.
We gladly invite you to read this MoMa article to discover why EVE Online was chosen out of many possible candidates.
We are proud, honored and humbled by this decision and want to extend our thanks to the EVE Community for creating such an incredible universe full of deep interaction with player driven content that just goes on forever in inpredictable and surprising ways. We see wonderful friendships, strategic masterminds, clever businesspeople but also astounding scams and heists which are only possible in EVE Online.
We also will follow up this new article with further information.
