New forum category for testing and issues

With the introduction of the Mac and Linux EVE clients we're reorganizing our forums a bit to introduce the new Client, Hardware and Software Issues and Resolutions category. This category consists of a Windows, a Linux and a Macintosh channel. We have started moving existing forum threads on these subjects over to the new channels, if you don't find your thread where you put it chances are it has been moved.
