Red Moon Rising Deployment Delay

A triple tested database update went wrong during one of the recent test versions. As a result, it is necessary to revise the deployment time frame while we resolve this issue. The tentative Tranquility return to service is being moved back to midnight, GMT. This is a delay of four hours.
