PLEX FOR GOOD RAISES $26,140
Generous capsuleers,
Again, you have come together to aid those in need, this time in the wake of the earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria. The latest PLEX for GOOD campaign has been a showcase of gamer generosity, with the EVE community raising $26,140 that will be split equally between Ahbap and Doctors Without Borders. Various capsuleers from different groups and across different activities within the community came together and organized drives and events. You gathered in a massive brawl in Pochven over the weekend and ran public community fleets throughout the week over on Twitch, donated extremely rare memorabilia as well as donating Alliance Tournament price ships from Alliance Tournament XVIII. It has been heartwarming to see this kind of solidarity on display in New Eden.
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) provides humanitarian aid to people affected by war, pandemics and natural or man-made disasters worldwide. MSF has been providing aid to victims of the earthquake since it struck, treating injured patients and providing invaluable medical aid and supplies to the area.
Ahbap is a Turkish local non-profit NGO (non-governmental organization) leading the support efforts in Türkiye.
HOW THE MONEY WAS RAISED
As ever, the EVE community has held firm to its core values of kindness and humanity. By contracting PLEX to the in-game character CCP PLEX for GOOD, an account operated by CCP Games, they each contributed to this effort. In addition, EVE developers, hailing from all over the world, made personal donations to the PLEX for GOOD effort.
Millions have been displaced and over 46,000 have lost their lives in the aftermath of this tragedy, and now is the time for empathy and solidarity. In the face of such devastation, it is inspiring to see the EVE community come together to provide aid.

As before, the PLEX for GOOD campaign has shown that in addition to being a place of fun and adventure, New Eden brings amazing people together to do great things. Capsuleers in distant star systems have yet again banded together to make a real impact outside of New Eden, and for that we are truly grateful.
