EVE Online Tyrannis 1.1 deployment update

During the final stages of deployment for EVE Online Tyrannis 1.1 we discovered a critical issue with the client. We are currently working to resolve the issue and expect Tranquility to return to service at 19:00 UTC. (time updated 18:00UTC)
