Billing queue status report
We are truly sorry about the waiting time for billing cases at the moment. In a recent news item we stated, correctly at the time, that the queue was down to 0 and that all cases would be replied to within 24 hours - only to turn around and find a new issue causing a fresh deluge of petitions and filling the billing queue again. Rest assured that we have all available GMs working on sorting this out now and we are doing our very best to get the response time back to what can be considered normal as soon as humanly possible.
