Extended Downtime Thursday, February 17

Tranquility will undergo and additional 30 minutes of maintenance on Thursday, February 17, 2011, while we upgrade our SQL database. Downtime will begin as normally scheduled at 11:00 UTC, and Tranquility is anticipated to return to service at 12:00 UTC.
