Payment system updates

We recently made some updates to the Direct Debit payment system. As a result, some of you who have been using Direct Debit as your payment option might find your account closed or disabled.

We have sent an email to all those affected, but in case you believe your account has been affected by these changes and/or you didn't receive any email, feel free to submit a petition in the Billing category.
