PLEX System Disabled Due To Activation Issue - Resolved
This issue has been resolved. Affected pilots do not need to contact Customer Support, the game time will show up automatically. Further info can be found here.
After several reports of PLEX not applying Omega Time to the accounts of a number of pilots, we have disabled the PLEX system so that we can trace the cause of this issue.
We currently have no ETA on when the PLEX system will be back online, but hope to have things up and running again as soon as possible.
If you have activated a PLEX and Omega Time has not been added to your account, please feel free to file a billing ticket with our Customer Support Team, and they will be happy to assist.
