New Abyssal Proving Grounds Event

Happy New Year, Capsuleers!

A new Abyssal Proving Grounds event is now live in EVE Online! Make sure you have your Proving Filaments ready, either from Abyssal Deadspace loot drops or from the in-game market.

Until 11:00 UTC on 5 January, you can engage in 3v3 Tech I Frigate competitive matches. Permitted hulls for this round are: Atron, Breacher, Condor, Executioner, Incursus, Kestrel, Merlin, Punisher, Rifter, Slasher, Tormentor, or Tristan.

Limitations for this round are:

  • Modules limited to meta level 5 and below
  • No pirate implants

The combat will take place in the Yoiul-themed arena and the special heat damage bonus will be active for this event: 50% reduced module damage from overheating.

This is the first event of the new year so don’t forget to track Capsuleer performance using the leaderboards. Bring the heat this winter!
