Emergency reboot of Tranquility on Tuesday, June 28, 2011

Following the release of Incarna 1.0.1 we have discovered an issue with the markets not loading correctly in some regions. We have a fix in place for this issue which will require a short downtime on Tranquility. The servers will go offline at 16:45 UTC and we expect to be online again at 17:10 UTC.
